Tasting Notes

A fruity oil with herbaceous green tones and hints of banana peel and apple. On the palate, it offers a fresh, green, and well-balanced profile with a slight bitterness and spiciness.

Production

• Cold extraction to preserve purity and properties.
• Processed within a maximum of 4 hours after harvest.
• Requires 10 to 14 kg of olives to produce 1L of oil.
• Low acidity: 0.1º.
